📜 Terms & Conditions – 2080 Home Care

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by 2080 Home Care through our platform 2080homecare.com. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Registration & Service Initiation

  • A one-time registration/platform fee must be paid in advance to initiate the service process.
  • The process of sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates will begin only after successful payment.

2. Service Timeline

  • Our deployment team requires 7–21 working days from the service start date to complete the process and provide suitable candidates.
  • This timeline may vary depending on location, requirements, and candidate availability.

3. Candidate Shortlisting

  • We will shortlist 2–3 suitable candidates based on your requirements.
  • If the first candidate is finalized by the client, no additional profiles will be provided.

4. Verification Process

  • All candidates undergo basic KYC and background verification.
  • Police verification is applicable only for Live-In (24×7) requirements.

5. Candidate Criteria

  • Candidates are typically between 18 to 45 years of age.
  • Final selection is subject to availability and client preference.

6. Trial Policy

  • A 2-day trial is provided for Non-Live-In services.
  • Trial is not applicable for Live-In (24×7) requirements.

7. Salary & Payment Terms

  • Salaries are to be paid directly by the client to the candidate.
  • Salary cycle is monthly (1st to month-end).
  • Payment must be made by the 2nd day of the following month.

8. Salary Conditions

  • Quoted salaries are applicable for up to 4 family members.
  • Salary may vary based on:
    • Number of family members
    • Workload
    • Location
  • Salaries may be higher in metro cities and premium areas.

9. Work Conditions

  • One-time meal must be provided for Non-Live-In (day shift) candidates.
  • Toilet cleaning is not included in standard duties.
  • In special Live-In cases, this must be clearly discussed before registration.

10. Leave Policy

  • Candidates are entitled to 2 monthly offs, mutually agreed upon between client and candidate.

11. Live-In Requirements

  • Separate accommodation must be provided to ensure privacy and comfort.
  • Additional travel expenses may apply for candidates hired from outside the city.
  • Travel costs will be based on actual expenses, including round-trip tickets where applicable.

12. Service Validity

  • The service contract is valid for 21 days from the date of deployment.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

  • 2080 Home Care acts as a service platform connecting clients with caregivers.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Salary disputes
    • Behavioral issues after hiring
    • Any damages or losses caused during employment

14. Changes to Terms

  • 2080 Home Care reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Updated terms will be reflected on this page.
