π° Refund Policy β 2080 Home Care

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for services booked through 2080 Home Care (2080homecare.com).
β³ Service Validity
- The service validity period is 7β21 working days from the service start date and successful payment.
- During this period, our team will work to provide suitable babysitters or home nurses based on your requirement.
π° Refund Eligibility
A refund will be applicable in the following cases:
π If we are unable to provide at least one suitable candidate within the service timeline
OR
π If the customer hires a caregiver from another source matching the same requirement
In both cases, a refund will be processed after a βΉ599 service fee deduction
π General Conditions
- Refund is applicable only if no candidate is finalized through 2080 Home Care within the service timeline
- Once any of the following occurs, the service is considered delivered and refund will not be applicable:
- Candidate is deployed
- Trial is completed
- Hiring/contract is confirmed
- Refund requests must be submitted after completion of the service timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 10β15 working days after approval
βοΈ Fair Usage Policy
To ensure fair use of our platform:
- Candidates must be evaluated based on skills, experience, and suitability
- Rejections based on non-work-related preferences may not qualify for refund
- Trial (where applicable) should be conducted for proper evaluation
π Refund in Case of Hiring from Another Source
If the customer hires a babysitter or home nurse from another source:
- Refund is applicable after βΉ599 deduction
- The hired candidate must match the requirement submitted to 2080 Home Care
π Verification Requirements
To process such refunds, the customer must provide:
- Caregiverβs phone number
- Aadhaar card (front & back)
- Salary details
- Work timing
- Type of service (Babysitter / Home Nurse)
- Duration / working hours
β Matching Criteria
The hired caregiver must match:
- Salary within agreed range
- Same working hours/duration
- Same type of service
- Similar responsibilities as requested
β Refund Will Not Be Applicable If
- A suitable candidate has already been provided within the timeline
- The hired caregiver does not match the original requirement
- Required verification details are not submitted
